Our hours are 9am-6pm Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.

We work very long days during the week and try to reserve the weekend for family time. However, if you are in need of a weekend appointment, shoot or event please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

The first available shoot starts at 9am and the last available shoot varies depending on the time of the year. In the winter months, usually the last shoot will be at 3 o’clock due to the lighting. During the summer months, it could be as late as 6pm.

We may be able to book a same-day appointment depending on our schedule. However, we appreciate a 24-to-48 hour notice.

Cancellations and reschedules are not charged provided they are done 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date/time. However, if a cancellation or rescheduling request is received less than 24 hours before the appointment, on the business day prior to the appointment, will incur a rescheduling fee of $125.
If a photographer shows up to the property and can’t get in or the shoot is cancelled by the agent/seller, the client will be charged the full amount for the photoshoot, and you will have to place a new order. Please understand our time is valuable too.

The time needed for each service varies depending on the size of the property. We usually will spend about 30-45 minutes at the property for photos. Additional services like video, drone, etc. could take closer to an hour.

We are happy to accommodate vacant on a lockbox, meet the agent, meet the assistant, and meet the homeowner. Simply select your listings access option when booking your services.

Next business day. For example, if your photoshoot was on Monday, you will receive the photos by the end of the business day (6pm) on Tuesday. If you request a shoot on Friday or Saturday, the photos will be processed and emailed by the end of the business day (6pm) on Monday. Any video packages will be completed within 2 business days.

A range of credit cards and debit cards can be used on our website.

All of our services are prepaid. Payment must be received at the time of order.

Our photographers will turn on lights, open blinds, fluff and straighten pillows and possibly move small non-breakable items. Other than that, we cannot move items in residential homes. We do not want to be responsible for broken or damaged items that might be caused by moving them. Also, we cannot have our photographers lifting heavy items which might include trash cans, boxes, furniture, etc. For these reasons, we ask that the real estate agent or homeowner be present if items have to be moved for photos. Otherwise, the property will be shot as-is.

Yes. If you have specific requests for photos, please let us know ahead of time. We can always focus on certain features in a home in addition to the normal photos we take.

Besides cropping, editing is not allowed without permission. If you need something fixed please contact us. We are happy to help.

Great question! As a professional photography service operating under federal copyright law, Rosewood Acres Real Estate Media Agency LLC maintains all ownership and copyright to the images we create. We provide a limited license to use the images for your intended use (real estate sales and marketing) For this reason, we ask that you do not use the images for purposes outside your license or share the downloaded images with other firms (including other real estate agents, contractors, vendors, etc.) Please direct any license-related questions to rosewoodacres.remediaagency@gmail.com

When it comes photography, videography and drone work, our company primarily focuses on the markets in Kankakee, Will, Grundy, Livingston, Ford, and Iroquois counties. If you are outside of our service area and would like to hire us, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to discuss your needs.

We are happy to travel outside of our service area. Travel fee is calculated at $1.00 per mile if the event is located more than 40 miles from Kankakee, IL (60901). If travel exceeds 4 hours round trip, a hotel room is required the night before - no exceptions. The client is also responsible for any parking, toll or Uber fees.
